I Love Chinese Food

So I went across this song when I was reading an article about the best and worst of 2013(unfortunately, this song is one of the worst). The song, which is entitled "Chinese Food" tells the story of a little girl(Alison Gold) about her journey in eating Chines Food. It is probably one of the worst song concept and song writing ever, although it is way better than talking about the days of a week(Friday by Rebecca Black). On the other hand the song and music video did inspire me to eat Chinese Food. So I went around the city to find the perfect Chinese restaurant for my Chinese food craving.

Then we Bump into this:
At first I didn't expect much from this place because of how small the actual place is. But everything changed when we ordered their food.

Before the food came:

Here are the pictures of the food that we ordered:

We ordered Sharks Fin Siomai(I'm so sorry, I couldn't resist myself from trying this) and well, I was expecting more from it. I was very curious on how a Shark's fin would taste but when I ate this, it tasted like regular "high quality" siomai. Maybe because there was few Shark's Fin? but nevertheless I like this, it was very satisfying and chinese-sy.

We also ordered Congees, I got the mixed seafood one and my friend got the one with the Century Egg. I don't know what its called but the tortilla chip-like topping is just great. I wonder where to but those tortilla-chip like topping.

And lastly we also ordered Spareribs Wanton(dry). Now at first I was like "What the hell is a Dry Wanton?" then my friend told me that a Dry Wanton is where they separate the noodles and the soup so you're the one whose gonna put the noodles in the soup.

The awesome soup. It taste so authentic, its like I'm in China every time I  sip the soup.

Pictures after we ate:

Overall I would like to thank Alison Gold for her song "Chinese Food", because if it weren't for that song I wouldn't crave for Chinese food and thus, not eating at Sumpan(which is an awesome Chinese restaurant). Don't expect too much though on their services because its just a small restaurant and that their crew are very amature-rish(I even think that one of them is a minor). I will comeback here when I want Chinese food.
